4. USER-SUBMITTED MATERIALS

By submitting materials to Talentify, including job applications, resumes, or feedback, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to your materials. However, you grant Talentify a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute these materials for the purposes of providing services. You agree not to submit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

5. FEEDBACK

Talentify values feedback from users. If you provide feedback or suggestions for improvements, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of compensation. Any feedback provided to Talentify will become the property of Talentify, and we may use it to enhance the platform or develop new services without any obligation to you.

6. RULES OF CONDUCT

You agree to use Talentify in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt the platform’s functionality or interfere with other users. This includes, but is not limited to, posting false or misleading information, spamming, harassing other users, or engaging in discriminatory conduct.

7. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

Talentify may contain content provided by third parties, including job postings, advertisements, or external links. These third-party materials are not controlled or endorsed by Talentify, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or compliance with applicable laws. By using the platform, you acknowledge that Talentify is not liable for the content or actions of third parties.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Talentify, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms of Use. This includes any claims arising from the content you submit or actions you take while using Talentify.

9. DISCLAIMER

Talentify is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform’s content. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, and Talentify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talentify’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent possible. Talentify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

11. TERMINATION

Talentify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and you must promptly discontinue all access and use of the platform.

12. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Talentify respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by any content on our platform, you may submit a notice of infringement to us as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please provide a description of the infringing content, your contact information, and any other necessary details to contact@talentify.com.
